Returns will be accepted and refunds given at the discretion of Make Badges.
If your return claim is accepted you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please remember that due to the custom nature of the products we sell, a production time of 5-7 working days exists on top of the estimated shipping time. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram. Delivery charges depend on weight & insurable value of goods and DO NOT include additional duties and other custom charges that international customers may incur upon receipt.
We always endeavour to process orders in the quickest time possible. Production time will fluctuate relative to the number of orders currently being processed and their individual volume.
In the rare instance that we cannot delivery your order in time, we shall cancel the order and refund all monies in full. If you have a delivery deadline please contact us via email email@example.com or call +61 (0)3 9016-4416 with your order number to obtain a more accurate delivery estimate. We cannot provide a refund for orders where we are not made aware of your delivery deadline.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as a postal strike, extreme weather, acts of terrorism, peak Christmas postal volumes, etc. In such instances where your order is not received in a timely manner due to unforeseen circumstances, we cannot provide a refund.
