Customisation and Design
With our badges, the vast majority allow for degrees of customisation. You’ll find that badges that fall within the Custom Made Badges category offer the most comprehensive customisation options.
Once you’ve decided on a badge that you want to customise, click through to its devoted product page and select the ‘Launch Design Studio’ button that appears on the right-hand side of the page (or below the product details if viewing on mobile).
From there, you can customise various components of the badge’s design until it matches the look you want. Alternatively, if you’re well experienced in graphic design, you can also upload designs you made offline through Adobe Creative Cloud.

Production and Delivery Timeline
In general, most badge orders we receive are fulfilled in our warehouse within 4 business days and are then dispatched for delivery.
Certain badge types offer expedited production, which means they’re fulfilled within a faster time frame than 4 business days. If a particular badge option includes expedited production, this will be a selected option on the product page.
We offer both standard and express delivery. Standard delivery is usually about 3 to 5 business days, while express delivery is 1 to 2 business days. If you make an order that’s over $100, it will qualify for free standard delivery.
Placing Your Order
The basic steps for completing an order with Make Badges are as follows:

Customise the design of the badge through our Design Studio, Adobe design templates, or by requesting a quote.

If handling the design yourself through Design Studio, preview your design before confirming and proceeding

Select the number of badges you want and your preferred production time, if applicable - some badges qualify for expedited production

Once happy with everything, add your order to the cart, proceed to checkout, and pay
Once your order’s been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us that includes your order number.
When the order’s been fulfilled in our warehouse and has been dispatched for shipping, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can keep tabs on the status of your order until it arrives.
