It is of the upmost importance to us and our customers that custom made orders are completed and delivered within their deadline, so if you do have a deadline be sure to let us know so we can be organised and ready to service your order.
All custom badge orders are sent via either Australia Post's Express Business Post or Registered Post service. Speedy delivery and enhanced tracking abilities to ensure your order arrives in time, in one piece.
Please remember that due to the custom nature of the products we sell, a production time of 5-7 working days exists on top of the estimated shipping time. If you have a delivery deadline please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or call +61 (0)3 9016-4416 with your order number to obtain a more accurate delivery estimate.
To calculate an estimate on delivery of your order, simply add products to your cart and click the 'Calculate Shipping & Handling' link at the bottom of the cart page. By entering your country and post code we can provide you with shipping quotes for all delivery options available in your location. This estimation will be recalculated during the final checkout process.
